	John Dix, Owner/Broker
		John Dix has been a Real Estate Broker since 1980 and co-founded First Choice Realty, Inc. in 1990. John has an Associates Degree in Real Estate, which has been his full time career since college. John has earned the prestigious GRI and CRS designations, and is also a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser. In addition, he is the 1993-1994 past President of the Adams Marquette Waushara Board of Realtors, 1994 Realtor of the Year and has been the Chairman of the Realtors Professional Standards Committee for the past 26 years. He is also a trained Arbitrator. John has served on the Wisconsin Realtors Association Legal Action Committee for the past 3 years and on the Public Policy Committee for the past 4 years. A strong supporter of the local community, John served as 1997-1998 President of the Wautoma Rotary Club, and sat on numerous Waushara County ad hoc Planning and Zoning Committees.
